These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Artemis Travel Group (“Artemis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and services. By using our website or engaging us to plan travel, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Artemis Travel Group is an independent travel advisory and an affiliate of the TPI host agency network. We help clients research, plan, and book cruise and travel experiences with third-party suppliers, including cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators. We do not own or operate the vessels, accommodations, or services we help you book.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, fares, and cancellation policies of the applicable cruise line or travel supplier. Deposits, final payment deadlines, and cancellation penalties are set by the supplier, not by Artemis Travel Group. We recommend reviewing supplier terms carefully, and we are happy to walk you through them.

3. SMS & Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Artemis Travel Group at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact info@artemistravelgroup.com or 646–707–5053. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

4. No Cost for Advisory Services

There is no added cost to book through Artemis Travel Group. We are typically compensated by the cruise line or travel supplier, not by you, though some specialized planning services may carry a fee that will always be disclosed in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Artemis Travel Group or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by third-party suppliers, including pricing, availability, and itineraries, which are subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Artemis Travel Group acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity that may occur as a result of the acts or omissions of any third-party supplier, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
